Sales/Refund Policy
Once an order has been submitted online, the customer has a maximum of 24 hours to cancel the order before potentially incurring any additional refund charges/card fees, provided the article(s) have not been shipped. If a book is defective in workmanship, we will gladly replace the book with a new one of the same title. Our goal is to provide you with 100% satisfaction and we take this seriously. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please see the "Requests for Refunds or Exchanges" section below.
Requesting a Product
Is there an item you are having trouble finding? Is there something you would like to suggest that we carry? Let us know! If possible include the ISBN Number for books, the UPC number, or author's name and book title to help speed your inquiry. email: Product Request

Large Volume Orders
