Requesting a Product
Is there an item you are having trouble finding? Is there something you would like to suggest that we carry? Please send an email with 'Product Request' in the subject line. If possible include the ISBN Number for books, the UPC number, or author's name and book title to help speed your inquiry. email: sales@rivercitypress.net
Submitting Your Product
Are you the author of a work or the owner of a product that you would like us to carry? Please send an email with a description and if possible include the ISBN number or UPC code. It will hasten a reply if you place Product Submission in the subject line to sales@rivercitypress.net
Re sellers and Distributors Welcome
Would you be interested in becoming a reseller of distributor of River City Press Publications? Give our Resellers Page a look. Large Volume Orders
There are healthy discounts for large volume orders. Such as Home Schooling Networks, Colleges and Universities, Church Book Stores, etc. Please send an email with Large Volume Request in the subject line for more details. Please be sure to include shipping destination and quantity under consideration in your email to sales@rivercitypress.net.

Requests for Refunds

Order Cancellation
Every attempt is made to process and ship all orders within two (2) business days of submission. Orders cancelled prior to shipping will be refunded all charges. Orders cancelled after shipping will be charged for all shipping and a credit issued back to your credit card upon return receipt of shipped order. Please cancel your order promptly to avoid these unnecessary charges.
